Fit As A Fiddle With The Mamabefit

Ankita Sahni is a young mom to a loving daughter Miraya. She is also a fitness enthusiast who runs her business Mamabefit on the online platform. The idea for the business sprouted to her after the birth of her daughter. Her sole purpose to start this was to help new moms deal with postpartum weight and be fit. She wishes fitness to become every new mother’s choice. She believes that one needs to be strong inside and out.

Ankita is a media professional with a post-graduation in Mass Communication from Jamia Milia Islamia Delhi. She has worked in the television industry as an anchor and a television professional. During her work tenure, she was associated with some well-known companies like Times Now, ET Now, and so on. Ankita was always into fitness even before she had her daughter. She chose to make a career out of it at the onset of motherhood. The reason was to help as many women and change their ideology of fitness.

More About The Mamabefit

Ankita is a fitness lover herself. Yet, she had to deal with overwhelming thoughts post-delivery. She was unsure about how to start over and recover. There was a certain ambiguity that she dealt with in that phase. 

This paved the way for starting the Mamabefit. She was aware that there were many new moms who deal with similar problems and don’t know where and how to start. She felt this could help many struggling women out there. 

That’s how Mamabefit came into existence. Mamabefit started in April 2021 and has grown by leaps and bounds. She operates through her website.  She has customized DIY workout plans and meal plans to choose from. She also conducts online classes. Her team includes –  a social media manager and a virtual assistant to keep her Instagram page lively.  She has a marketing agency that helps her with campaigns and promotions. There is a back-end team that also supports her website.

Ankita’s Journey On This Road

Ankita’s vision is to help women get fit and strong. She believes that fitness is a gradual process to achieve and not an instant solution. She wants to guide women who struggle with reshaping their bodies pre and post-delivery. She believes that one must be strong and not skinny. 

Her main focus is for women to have healthy pelvic muscles, and a strong back and core. She enriched this process by supporting her goals and went on to educate herself more in the field. She is a certified personal trainer from NASM USA.  

She also has a certification as a prenatal and postnatal coach from Girls Gone Strong USA. She wants women to believe in themselves and be a stronger version of what they are. 

Being An Influencer And A Mom

Like every mom, Ankita also juggles her personal and professional life. She is very passionate about what she does and that drives her to achieve her goals. She loves being an influencer and involves her daughter as well. She is also of the opinion that you can always do what you want whether you’re a mother or not. Kids should not stop you from achieving your goals. They need to be your strength and inspiration. So Ankita involves her daughter in most of her workout sessions. She creates workout sessions that are amiable to do with your little ones around. She trusts that building a foundation for fitness is very necessary from a very young age. No better way than exercising with your kids! 

What Drives Ankita?

Her passion for fitness drives her. She loves what she’s doing and her dream to help women identify and deal with challenges is what keeps her going. It has been an overwhelming journey for her and she enjoys every bit of it. She asserts that this is what she has always wanted to do.

Challenges That You Face  

Ankita’s journey has been challenging. She aims at helping women understand that fitness is not only how you look. Focussing on a strong, pain-free body is what people fail to understand. Getting people to accept that change has been challenging.

Ankita hopes to help women understand that it’s a progressive change. Transformation of the body at its own pace can be very challenging to explain. Even so, she has had an amazing journey by far and continues to motivate and inspire people. 

Ankita Sahni Says, that a dream or a business can never reach a destination or height! You need to keep thriving. She accepts the love she receives and will continue working towards it. 

Ankita desires to help all women whether, pregnant, postnatal or of all ages. They must associate themselves with the Mamabefit. She aims at helping all those women when in doubt and need. A strong body is a strong mind. Ankita Sahni has carved her dream into reality. She is the face of Mamabefit.
